Shipping and returns



Your order will be processed as soon as the payment has been received and the delivery/invoice address has been verified. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping & delivery


We ship to The Netherlands, European Union and the United States via PostNL. If you live in another country and you would like to order one of our products, please contact us on for the possibilities.


Shipping to The Netherlands costs EUR 6,95, shipping to other European countries costs EUR 14,65 and worldwide shipping costs EUR 25,95. Shipping of orders to The Netherlands is free for orders above EUR 200. We send European and worldwide orders with track-and-trace and we insure those orders during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. For European and worldwide orders we require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.


Shipping of an order to The Netherlands may take 2 to 4 business days and within Europe 5 to 10 business days. Shipping to the United States may take up to 20 business days. Please note that the delivery times are just an indication.



  • If you wish to return an item, you can return it within 14 days after receipt of your order.
  • The 14-days term starts on the day after you have received your order.
  • Please send us an email on and indicate the reason of your return, the item you wish to return and if you wish a refund or to exchange the item for another item.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the returned item is in perfect state, with labels and tags attached.
  • ZAZU Amsterdam is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss.
  • Please send your returns to: ZAZU Amsterdam, Buitenruststraat 49, 2271 HA Voorburg.
  • Please make sure that you pay for the return postage as incorrect postage payments cannot be accepted. We advise you to provide the return shipment with a track and trace code.
  • Once we will have received your return, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have requested a refund, the email will contain your refund details.
  • Your payment will be refunded using the payment method that you used when purchasing the item in our shop. For example, if you used a credit card, your payment will be refunded on your credit card.
